 ** Ad requires approval prior to launch to insure they do not interfere with content and/or compete with editorial information.  Busy images or multiple images will be rejected.

Flash ads must also have alternate JPEG or Gif version

For agencies or individuals supplying Flash animated ads, you can also include static JPEG or animated GIF versions of the ads for those users that do not have Flash installed on their systems.

·        

·         - Video pre-rolls must be either 15 or 30 seconds.

·         - Client can provide video pre-rolls as a finished .mp4 file or other formats and we will convert to .mp4

·         - Acceptable media formats: Video DVD, or Electronic file.

·         - Acceptable electronic formats: Quicktime .MOV, .mp4, Windows Media .WMV, .AVI , MPEG2, MPEG4.

·         - Electronic formats should be full resolution 

   

     Specs for supplying a finished .mp4 file

·         - Key frame - every 30-60 frames (2 seconds)

·         - Video Data Rate - 600-800kbps

·         - Audio Data Rate - 64kbps

·         - It is recommended to crop to TV-Safe Area and de-interlace. Video should not include a leader.

·         - Clickable, please supply a click-thru URL
